TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for WHAT YOU EAT
You have the choices and options, so do not blame others for your obesity and other health-related concerns, you should take the ownership of your food. You decide it what to eat, drink or smoke.
It's NOT TOO LATE TO TURN TO HEALTHY EATING
If you have consumed sodas and junk food in the days gone, still it's not late. Turn to positive eating habits and build your health and vitality. Have a simple start, by including some veggies in your meals and go-ahead for more positive options. It's the right time.
HAVE A KILOMETER WALK PER DAY
Keep moving. You should start by setting an objective of at least a kilometre walk if you are currently not so active. 
HAVE A FRIEND TO SHARE
You should find a friend, to whom you talk about your health objectives. Listen to his concerns as well. Develop more social relationships and involve in more social activities. It will strengthen, is your intention for a healthier you and will also enhance your self-esteem and self-image.
AVOID TOXINS

Enjoy consuming broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkin, spinach, watercress and arugula. Develop a habit to consume this at least three times a week. Try to stick to this schedule and improve it further.
TAKE VITAMINS
Either choose a multivitamin or go to the food options to fulfil your daily requirements of vitamins and minerals. Ensure that you take the recommended amount of these vitamins and minerals.
BRUSH YOUR TEETH TWICE A DAY
Clean and white teeth are an indication of a sound health. It improves your health by protecting you from germs that enter into your body through the mouth and also enhance your social health of avoiding stained teeth and bad breath.
YOUR WAIST SHOULD BE HALF THAN YOUR HEIGHT
Be calculative, if you are 68 inches tall, your waist should be half of it, i-e 34 inches. If it is more than this, take a look at your food and habits, that have resulted in your weight gain.
HAVE A SOUND SLEEP OF NINE HOURS IN 24 HOURS
A sound sleep of nine hours will ensure your health and fitness. Keep your room cool, avoid using any electronic device, while in bed to sleep and do take any caffeinated food, before sleep.
ENSURE YOUR DAILY EXERCISE
Stay active. Involve in some type of physical activity you love, Ensure to take some stretching exercise and cardiovascular exercise on a regular daily basis.

Be a young with mature nerves. Don, t get stressed by routine life challenges. Plan ahead so to avoid last minute confusion, which is the main reason for stress. Manage your time, so that all the assignments can be completed well in time and stress can be copied effectively.
HAVE YOU COMPLETED YOUR VACCINATIONS
Very important, if you have not taken it yet. Plan for it in your earlier. Its delay may result in some very complicated health challenges and you can suffer throughout your life.
BE PASSIONATE AND MOTIVATED
Get excited, when you do any of your work and enjoy it. 
While listing to music or watching TV, listing by your earphones, ensure that it should be on less than 30% of the maximum volume.
DO NOT TEXT WHILE DRIVING
Commit to yourself. It's really very dangerous. Avoid texting while driving. Nothing is more important than you.
FIND A MENTOR
Develop a strong relationship with either your parents, teacher or coach, who can help you to reach your goals. Share with him all you feel and face. Take his advice and guidelines and keep him in lap for the follow-up.
FRUITS ARE MORE HEALTHY THAN JUICES

Fruits are all healthy, in its natural form it contains fibers, vitamins and minerals. Juices on the hand have added sugars, additives and preservatives, so less healthy than natural fruits.
DON, T SQUEEZE SKIN
When you squeeze a zit, the chances of spreading the bacterial infections are more to spread to the healthy skin as well, it will spread the infection and will affects your health and beauty.
WEAR A HELMET
Have a safe biking. Use a helmet always, it's not only enhance your driving confidence, but also protects you from serious fractures, in case of a fall.
