Baked Chicken fajitas- The healthiest food for teenagers.

Among the healthiest food for teenagers, one is the baked Chicken fajitas, lets see how you can prepare it.

  • Preparation time: 10 Minutes.
  • Cooking Time: 20- 25 Minutes.

Ingredients:


  • Boneless and skinless chicken in 1/2 to 1 inch strips.
  • One red bell pepper, One yellow bell pepper, one orange bell pepper and one average size onion, each one of them, in 1/2 to 1 inch of strips.
  • One Table Spoon, Cumin.
  • 1/2 tea spoon of salt/ Salt substitute and Black pepper.
  • 1- 2 table spoon of canola oil.
  • Corn tortillas, 6- 8 inch.
  • Fat free sour cream and Cilantro, optional.

How to cook Baked chicken fajitas.


  • Heat oven to 400 F. Chop chicken and vegetables on separate cutting boards.
  • Spray the Cooking dish with cooking spray then toss together all the ingredients till they are fully coated.
  • Baked it uncovered for 20- 25 Minutes.

Presentations: 


  • Serve it with corn tortillas.
  • Top with Cilantro and Sour cream.
