Cinnamon is known as the spice to food and beverages, it adds an amazing flavour to foods. Cinnamon is used as a healthy ingredient from centuries and believed to possess Anti-inflammatory, Antioxidants, Antimicrobial and other multiple health benefits.
Cinnamon is considered a good source of manganese, dietary fibre, calcium, iron and vitamin- A. Now, let's talk about the health benefits of cinnamon for women.

  1. Premenstrual syndrome: The manganese content in cinnamon reduce the symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome. One study has found that women consuming 5.6 mg manganese in their daily diets suffered less from the symptoms of the premenstrual syndrome than those who consume 1 mg manganese in their daily diets.
