  • These beverages intake surpasses your limitations of daily sugar intake very easily.
  • The recommendation of American Heart Association for sugar is 09 teaspoon for men, 05 teaspoons for women and in between 03- 04 teaspoon for children, The common 12 oz can contain 10 teaspoons of sugar. Imagine if you drink just one can per day, it will exceed your limitation of daily sugar levels required.
  • It boots the triglyceride formation in your body and makes you more prone to heart diseases.
