 The morning banana diet is a complete daily routine of your daily diet, includes bananas by specific way and guide you for additional dietary habits as well, the complete menu of morning banana diet of Japan is as,

  • Do breakfast by banana and water at room temperature, the bananas must be raw, never cooked or frozen. If you are still hungry wait for 15- 30 minutes and eat something else.

  • You are allowed for one snack a day and this is the only times sweets are allowed.
