This have two possible reasons,
- Exposing yourself to early morning light synchronize your internal body clock. It ensures a healthy sleeping habits of going to bed early and waking up early at morning. As you know that healthy sleeping habits helps you to regulate your body metabolism, which leads to weight loss.
- The second reason may be that morning light is more potent from the sunlight in remaining day. Morning light contains more blue rays which regulates your circadian rhythm.
To get the results of this magical good impacts you have to expose yourself to 20- 30 minutes to sunlight. One thing you have to overcome is that you have to get early. The remaining part is easy to follow, take your morning coffee/ tea out side your room.
