Super charging you in Winter- The Golden milk of turmeric, coconut, Ginger and honey.

This is the most nutritious, warming, comforting and soothing milk recipe adding life and vitality to your health and fitness in winter.




Ingredients;

  • One Glass of almond or Coconut milk.
  • Two teaspoon turmeric.
  • Two teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon.
  • One teaspoon grounded Ginger.
  • One teaspoon of honey.
  • Pinch of black pepper and nutmeg.
How to prepare;


  • Add all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend it till these all are homogeneously mixed.
  • Golden milk is ready, take one glass of this milk at night and supercharge your life in winter.
