Drink this Mean Green juice every morning and lose your weight extremely fast.

This mean green recipe is the best both in its weight loss effects and its taste. You have to drink a glass of this juice every morning and can see the results in few days.

Ingredients:

  • Apples, 02 medium size.
  • Celery, 04 stalk.
  • Cucumber: 01
  • Ginger root: 01, about thumb size.
  • kale; 06 leafs.
  • lemon; 1/ 2
How to prepare:
  • Mix all the ingredients in juicer and run the juicer till it become fully nixed. Add ice cubes, stir it and serve.
