How to brush your teeth?

Before brushing your teeth, first please remember to brush your teeth for exactly two minutes. We commonly overestimate your brushing time, kindly use a stopwatch for this.
The best technique for brushing your teeth is as,

·         Fist brushes the upper teeth front surface and then of the lower one.
·         Repeat the same sequence on the inner side of teeth.

·         Then clean the chewing surfaces.
·         Do not forget to brush your tongue, as it is the major cause of your bad breath.
·         We commonly ignore the use of electronic toothbrush; it is more effective than the manual one.

·         Brush at least twice daily.
·         Floss your teeth regularly, the best time is before going to bed.
·         Limit the snacks intake frequency.
