 Here is the description of the five minutes workouts that can help you to lose belly fat almost instantly. Opt for it, you will see the results in a very short period of Time.
The workout is, 
This exercise is designed to strengthen the muscles of your body. By Pilates Training, you will build muscles in your mid section and will amazingly lose the belly fat. 

How to do Pilates

Below is the step by step description of the same,

  • You have to create a movement like the Scissor Kick and roll-ups.
  • First, lay on the Ground and make your neck replaced with a floor.
  • Lift your legs up by pointing your toes toward the ceiling.
  • Make a lower move for your right leg, until it hovers just above the floor and then raises it to the center, of the total move.
  • Then lift your left leg and repeat the same again for the right leg.
  • Now, Complete the roll up by moving your back, legs extended and keeping arms above your head.
  • Move your arms in an upward  direction and use your abdominal muscles to move back in the upward direction.
  • Try for the attachment in between your toes and hand, by holding the hand over your body.
  • Then slowly move back.
  • Repeat the moves in the same way.
